  • Customized weekly sales plan for the entire transaction
  • Weekly conference calls
  • Provide weekly operating proformas and income statements
  • Utilize our Accounting staff to analyze the transaction on a weekly basis
  • Provide daily sales reports
  • Conduct weekly in-store meetings with the sales, office, and labor staff
  • Control expenses, margins and advertising costs
Staffing
  • Provide sales management and sales associates that remain at the sale location from the first day to the last day of the sale
  • Ability to supplement exiting sales staff, office staff and laborers
  • Provide office staff to process all sales orders (if needed)

Advertising
  • Customized weekly advertising plan for the entire transaction
  • Order price tags, sales invoices, banners and window signs
  • Media buying and production (using an independently owned advertising agency) for TV, newspaper, radio and flyers
Inventory
  • Augment the transaction with additional inventory purchased through Great American Furniture Services credit lines if needed
  • Complete a physical inventory prior to start date
  • Reorganize the layout of the showroom floor
  • Process all orders for pick-up AND home delivery
  • Track all inventory movement
